“Splinter” (Sunday’s poem)

Here’s the poem from Sunday – you can see I was running out of ideas, but I kept it real.

“Splinter”

It is hard to walk around on a Sunday
without shoes, without socks
when there’s a small but mighty splinter
in your foot.
How it got there, I do not know.

  1. Ouch. I hope you got that splinter out and your foot is healing well.

Luv the new blog look. You always manage to keep it fresh and exciting around here with the varying, delightful formats.

  2. Laura: You don’t love splinters? What’s wrong with you? ;)

Eros: I have no idea if I removed the splinter – I may have, but my foot is still a little sore.

Thank you so much for the comment about my blog! I do love changing the look every once in awhile. I usually like the cheerful colors. This was designed from someone from WordPress.
