What Does Your Home Say About You?

The lovely Laura B. has the following quiz on her blog, and I wanted to try it too. Try it yourself! Ya just might like it. Oh and have yourself a merry little weekend!

What Your Home Says About You

You don’t come across as very intellectual or serious. You seem like a bit of a goofball.

Your hygiene is passable, but you may be hiding some dirty secrets.

You are a fairly domestic person. You can probably make a decent batch of home cooked cookies.

You are not a nurturing person by nature, but you can easily take care of someone you truly love.

You feel settled in your life. You have enough time to focus on little details.

You are a somewhat self sufficient person. You can do fine on your own if you have to.

Your friends see you as accommodating, peaceful, and forgiving.

It’s a pretty good one, isn’t it Tara!

  2. My home says I have a useless husband who thinks he is good at DIY (do it yourself) when really he is very bad at finishing a task! Ask the lady who has bare floor boards in her bathroom, no stair carpet and holes in her feet where she keeps getting stuck on the gripper pin/rod/spikey things… the woman who has only half a banister on her staircase…the woman whose bedroom has never been decorated since they moved in and the woman whose bedroom has a sign on the door that says “Girls Room” !!!!! (I think my hubby leaves that on to help with his bedtime fantasies!)hehe
Sorry I didn’t do your wotsit but this was an excellent opportunity to let rip at my hubby! :o)
    I thank you.

*-Well, now I’m not so sure about that. My friends can tell entertaining tales of the stupid things I’ve done in life–maybe that’s the source of my ‘wisdom’-*
You have amazing hygiene, and it shows. You are sparkling clean!
*-Well, I do like taking showers-*
You are a very domestic person. You enjoy decorating, cooking, and making things homey.
*-Apparently, I’m a June Cleaver housewife, not Wisteria Lane housewife-*

*-Huh? Isn’t that true of everyone, though?-*

    *-This much is true-*
Your friends see you as courageous, dynamic, and bright.
*-I would hope so, but I’d rather they see me as someone they could lean on-*

P.S. Oh, Daffy, thanks for the laughs! Here’s to hoping your husband fixes your floors or at least buys you expensive footwear to protect your feet!

  5. Laura B.: Yes, it was, thank you for finding it, LB!

Daffy: I had no idea Blogthings knew everyone so well! It’s okay to vent here, you’re in a safe place. ;) My feet hurt for you. And no more spam blocks for you – I still can’t believe they made you into spam. How rude!

Eroswings: I’m glad you shower – hygiene is always a wonderful quality, you can’t go wrong with regular bathing.

Tim: (backs away from Tim with caution) I trust you. ;)
