I missed the first holiday in July! Didn’t post anything yesterday, but I’ll post it now. According to Wikipedia, Canada Day marks the “establishment of Canada as a self-governing dominion on July 1, 1867. It is a federal holiday celebrated on July 1, annually by all provincial governments and most businesses across the country.”
It is also my nephew’s birthday! He turned three years old on July 1st!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DUDE!! When I called him early yesterday evening he had already had a busy day and was in the midst of nap time. My brother informed me that his birthday meal would consist of crab legs. My nephew likes crab legs. I love that kid. He’s got good taste. My mom and I will be taking the gifts we bought him on the trip to Canada so that we can watch him open them. My brother calls that cheap that we’re not forking over some money to send a package over there, but we call it frugal.
A three year old who eats crab legs? That’s great.
good taste runs in the family?
Your nephew will go far in life :-)
I hope all you Canadians had a good Canada Day!!!
Happy birthday Canada and Henry….
I wish I was able to eat crab legs at three.
Happy Canada Day and Happy Birthday Henry.
Sending packages to Canada is quite expensive and takes a while to get there. You’re better off taking them with you.
Yeah you are better off taking the gifts with you, I hope Henry had a great time and Happy belated Birthday Canada and Henry…
