Oh, but the 15th of March is the Ides of March. I guess that is a fitting day to start getting ready for taxes, but I never file on time. Being self-employed, I dont’t have to file before June 30th, and the Canada Revenue Agency is mild compared to the IRS. (but they keep changing the name – Revenue Canada to Canada Customs and Revenue Agency to the Canada Revenue Agency. I never know who in hell I’m dealing with!)
Speaking of the IRS, all ought to watch this video about taxation on Youtube. It’s nine minutes, but worth it.
